The service

SD Trash Pandas moves your residential waste bins to the curb before your scheduled collection day and returns them to their usual location after collection, on a weekly subscription basis. Plans may include additional features (vacation holds, on-demand runs, bin cleaning) as described at signup. We also perform a visual top-layer check of bin contents; we do not hand-sort, haul, or dispose of waste — collection remains the responsibility of your municipal hauler.

Billing, trial, and automatic renewal

New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your card is charged and your subscription automatically renews each month at your plan's then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online through your billing portal — the same method you used to sign up — or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change, with instructions for how to cancel if you do not accept it. Extra bins beyond your plan's limit bill at the posted per-bin rate.

Property access

You authorize us to enter your property as needed to move your bins, using the access details you provide. Keep access information (gate codes, etc.) current — if we can't reach the bins on a service day, we'll notify you, and that visit counts as serviced.

Schedules and missed pickups

We follow your hauler's published collection schedule, including holiday changes. We are not responsible for hauler delays, missed collections by the hauler, or bins rejected by the hauler, though plans that include missed-pickup rescue will re-stage bins for makeup days.

Liability

We are licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or property, or for the contents of your bins.

Changes

We may update pricing or these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
